Your team
Hiring new agents
The default roster covers building software. The hiring tab is how you grow past it: describe who you need, and Guildly designs the agent for you.
Describe the hire
The tab opens with one question: "Who do you need on the team?" Answer in plain words, like you'd brief a recruiter:
- "someone to run our Twitter and post daily"
- "a scriptwriter for short-form video, they should match our brand voice"
- "an ad creative director who can brief image generation"
Guildly then designs the team: it works out the role, writes the persona and skills, and figures out which outside services the agent needs. This takes about a minute.
Review the proposal
You get back one or more draft agent cards. For each one you can read the summary, open and edit the full persona, and pick an avatar (every agent gets a Pokémon alias, and you choose which).
Each draft also lists the connections it needs, split into required and nice-to-have. Connect them right from the card. If you don't want to grant something, decline it, and Guildly reshapes the agent to work without that access. When several agents are proposed, checkboxes let you hire some and skip others.
Hire
Hit Hireand the agent joins the sidebar roster. From that moment it's a full teammate: it can be mentioned in chat, assigned tickets, and managed from its profile like anyone else. If it doesn't work out, its profile has a remove button.
Note:hiring uses connections, so you'll need your Composio account linked first. See Connections.
